LIVE VIDEO: Proposition 8 Plaintiffs React to Ruling
A three-judge panel from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals will rule today on Proposition 8’s constitutionality. And the plaintiffs in the California case — Kristin Perry, Sandra Stier, Paul Katami, and Jeff Zarrillo — will react for the first time to the news in a press conference from Los Angeles City Hall starting at approximately 10:30 a.m. pacific time.
The American Foundation for Equal Rights, which organized and financed the Prop. 8 legal challenge, will be holding two press conferences — the first in Los Angeles, followed by another in San Francisco.
